I have contacted the supplier because this item is not working after just a month of purchase. I want a replacement. Location. You put a cup in the machine, it explodes inside the machine, leaving coffee grounds inside and in your coffee. It's only been about a month and has been used maybe 2/3 times a day. Should last longer - I want the vendor to replace and I will be returning this car to them. Please reply.

I like the white color and the ability to grind moonshine. Nice little 1 cup coffee maker for small spaces. What I don't like is that the lid doesn't fit properly, I'm not sure if it's a design flaw or I have a defective one because all the reviews have been good. Initially I liked this manufacturer better but there doesn't seem to be a way to clean the parts around the cartridge itself (after you remove the cartridge holder.
