The Peerless mount worked well with the 32" Samsung LCD it was paired with. The 15-degree downward tilt was ideal for our viewing position, allowing us to look directly at the display. All the necessary equipment was included and much more. The only bug found was that the instructions left out an important detail regarding the tilt feature. I found no mention of a steel pin in each adapter bracket that needs to be removed to allow for tilt. The pin in each retainer is three inches below the ratchet handle. Removing the end cap on the pins so they can be removed will require some force. After removing and reinserting the pins, everything worked as advertised. I hope this helps your install run smoother.
