Update, Kootek contacted me based on my review and sent me a replacement. Your customer service is outstanding! Between my house and family we have 8 of these in use and even the cop in the china shop (me) only managed to break 1 out of 8, using 3 of them daily on multiple machines/sites and having another one on the computer . Path. It does what it's supposed to do, however carrying it from my home office to my living room broke the thin lower base in my hands. Before that I sold 3 other units to this seller to show family members how it works. Hope they last longer :(
