I saw one of these used in a reality show so thought I'd give it a try. I was positively surprised. My study has west-facing windows so I don't get much natural light and when I do it's usually too much and I have to close the blinds. It was good for video calls. I installed it right behind my monitor which seems to work fine and doesn't stop me from taking it off after each use. It definitely accentuates your features more than without it, so I don't have to spend a bit more time on makeup. giggle
