tldr; That thing just sucks. Six ounces of cold (40f) water at a time. Doesn't cool water quickly. Filters well and tastes good. Bought to avoid shaving in the fridge, now have a water jug which I put in there after filtering as the cooling tank is about 6oz - 5x the price of a Brita. It's been a month and I sincerely regret buying it, not because it's super awful (the water filter is great, fast and with great tasting water) but because it's not great in the 'cool' part. I read that water heats up to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. and it doesn't need refrigeration, sounds amazing. and while this is true, they don't just tell you about 6 ounces at a time. Yes, SIX OUNZ, as you pour more you'll immediately notice the water pouring out of it getting warmer, almost to room temperature. It takes some time for the water to cool down so you have to wait some time between cups. If two people are thirsty and each only wants half a liter of water, one person gets a "cool" glass (44-46f) of water and one person gets a glass of room temperature water, depending on how hot it is in the room ( Im Serious). I really don't know how or why they made the cold water portion so absurdly small, with a 3 gallon tank, unless of course you do those things and have to drink 50 cups of water a day during the test. Then you will never notice the problem. I wish I would like this thing if they came out with a v2 that actually a) chilled water fast enough b) chilled the appropriate amount of water (64 ounces). I would totally refuse to buy it if I hadn't already paid that much damn thing. €150 is a very high price for this, €60 would be more appropriate for the quality.
