We got this on the recommendation of our 4 year old's dentist. She sells them at her office, but let us know they're cheaper here. She didn't say it was the most advanced or best-cleaning toothbrush, but she did say that the light makes it easier to see into a child's mouth while brushing, and that the cute penguin sometimes helped the child agree to brushing. .
