Review on 6 Pair 14 Inch Soft Close Drawer Slides - LONTAN 4502S3-14 Full Extension 100 LB Heavy Duty Bottom Mount Runners by Percy Haulin

I bought 12 of these, and the soft-close white plastic pins that release the spring have sheared off. At first I thought it was my installation, but I checked that everything is aligned and I am using the provided screws. After three pairs failed I simply took one out of its package and slide in and out with barely any force and the pin broke. I grabbed the second one from the package and exact same thing happen. It can't be my installation if I haven't installed them yet.They still work, just no soft close.Update: out of 10 pairs of slides only three individual slides didn't have broken pins. Many of them were broken even before installation. I carefully slide the glides are part and the pins were already broken. You could just flick the broken pin nub out with your finger. Seems like a low quality design.
