I like how easy it is to use, with so many features and options. It's also relatively inexpensive for its ability to do what it does. There are some things I wish it could do (more reports in certain categories), but nothing I've seen has been deal breakers by any means. If you're looking for a tool that will provide you with the basic functionality of a CRM/ERP system at an affordable price, this is a good choice. The ease of use and customization makes it a great fit for small businesses as well. Having all customer records in one place makes it much easier to keep track of customer contact information and interactions.
