This is an attractive trellis that holds our mini Burnedoodle puppy (now 6 months/25lbs) perfectly. I love that it's easy to move from room to room when needed, that it fits different door widths, and that we can easily step over or open it. Our cats can jump over it and that's fine as they have no restrictions in our home. The hinge design allows for zigzag folding, making it difficult to tip over, but it's fairly light, so a large dog will surely learn to tip it over. Our son's adult Australian Shepherd figured out how to open it quickly so it wasn't reliable for all dogs. It's also easy to fold up and store in a closet when you don't need it every day.
