This bag looks great and is waterproof as hell. The problem boils down to installing/removing it from the bike rack. it's a pain If you're planning on leaving your basket bag, then do it - this bag is a budget-friendly alternative to the popular ones. BUT, if you plan on shooting your bags even occasionally, choose a different one. The clamps are secure, but often the position locking mechanism opens without your knowledge. This leads to frustration when trying to put the bag back on the shelf. It happens too often. And there doesn't seem to be a way to prevent this. (Not just me, my travel buddy has the same problem - now I watch him struggle). The straps also get in the way when he's on the bike and it's not very convenient to take them off while riding. I also find the bag very difficult to pack - it's quite deep and wide, and it doesn't have an outside pocket big enough for regular bag items. My bag ripped as my disc brake crunched through the bag's protective plastic backing. Not even duct tape can fix it. (Back then I had a trunk with cross members that fell halfway down rather than onto the axle). Even when I'm packing bikes, I'm looking at something other than the Rhino.
