Review on PTSLKHN by Kevin Hauck

I recently bought something from PTSLKHN's online shop in the hopes of finding some high-quality household and health products as well as things to take care of my glasses and vision. However, I had a very disappointing experience with their customer support. First off, they were entirely to blame for the damaged item I got when I ordered. I attempted contacting their customer service department, but they didn't get back to me for days. When they eventually did, they were unrepentant and of no assistance. They also don't have a very customer-friendly return procedure. They don't disclose it on their website but they charge the customer for return shipping. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency, which I thought was a bait-and-switch strategy. Overall, because of their subpar customer service and dishonest practices, I would not suggest shopping at PTSLKHN's online store. Although they have a respectable selection of goods, the lack of support and transparency renders the risk unwarranted.
