I have a 55cm brake for a 20" kids mountain bike with V-brake. Strong stopping power. Alignment and the squeak is gone and braking performance is still very good. Oddly, my rare brakes love toe-in while the front brake loves toe-in. But I'm very happy with my goal. Pay attention to the order of all the washers and nuts, I had 1 brake that had a concave washer reversed and I didn't figure it out and that's why the tip couldn't be adjusted properly, after reversing everything works.
