I bought this mouse after seeing Anywhere 2 for sale and the old VX Nano was probably my favorite laptop mouse - I decided to spend the few extra bucks on the latest and greatest. Pros - Tracking - I haven't tried it on glass, but tracking is smooth on some surfaces (wood, plastic, etc.). Size and weight - I know it's a matter of taste, but the 2S size is a good size for a laptop mouse, small but not painful, and a good weight for a small mouse. Smooth/Clicky Scroll Wheel – A user selectable scroll wheel for different applications. Multiple Connection Methods – I haven't used Bluetooth yet, I use a mouse on multiple laptops and don't have to deal with pairing, but it's nice to know I have the option. Cons - USB receiver - small enough to be difficult to pull out of some USB ports. The VX Nano also had a receiver slot on the mouse itself. There is no such slot in Anywhere 2S. Quality. While the 2S isn't exactly cheap, it doesn't feel as good as the VX Nano. The rubber pads on the sides feel like a cheaper material, the plastic stitching on the back isn't perfectly aligned, etc. There's no carrying case.
