I have severe planter fasciitis, I even had surgery in 2000. My time on my feet is limited. I bought these before investing in anything like Oofas, at first the high arch was uncomfortable, my arches are really high but after a few days I got used to it. I carry snot from them, I live on a farm so they take me to the barn and the tractor and the house. Easy to wash, I had no problem with them smelling like flip flops. My surgical foot is almost pain free, my nonsurgical foot hurts when I just stand but not when I keep walking. I used to take 6 pills a day, now I use it occasionally. They helped me, but everyone is different. Leg pain is the worst!
