Fantastic training aid for team sports!
I've been using this padded belt for my team sports workouts and it's been fantastic! I feel like I'm getting a valuable resistance workout without sacrificing any mobility. The belt is comfortable and the padding adds an extra layer of support during intense sessions. Based on my experience, this is a must-have for anyone serious about training in sports and OUTDOORS.However, it is a bit on the pricier side compared to other resistance sled belts on the market..
