Product as advertised. Easy to set up and use in general. Burning wood, even light ones, is VERY smoky, so do it outside. My only concern is that the included Windows apps will work, but most versions are in Chinese. It would be better if the listed versions of the applications were clearly separated into separate folders for English and Chinese. That said, some of the English versions they shipped had a Chinese filename, so you couldn't tell it was an English version. If you want a simple, lightweight laser engraver, I think this was bang for the buck.
