Okay, let's get one thing straight. This is an official Nintendo Wii U Pro controller, not another's brand or anything like that. The only difference between this one and the American one is that it's the Japanese version. All instructions are in Japanese and for this reason you cannot register this controller in Nintendo Club. However, it's seriously $10 cheaper than buying the US version, and the only difference is the language the instructions are written in. This Japanese controller worked great with my American coded Wii U. All you have to do is sync it and, yes! Ready! If you don't know how to sync your controller to your console, Google is always on your side.
