Review on Sengled Required SmartThings Control: The Ultimate Smart Home Lighting Solution by Bill Ramani

At the beginning of my smart home journey I researched LifeX, Phillips, Sylvannia and all the other competitors. I chose the Sengled and Smarthings hub as I want the lighting to be solved using only those two. Immediately there were problems with them. Difficult to combine and does not change color at all. After my interaction with their customer support team I have to say that IMHO they are very customer centric and have proven what they preach. I have found that the color changing bulbs do NOT work with dimmers as I put them in a 3 bulb ceiling fan. After placement in separate lamps. they are flawless. I think I need more but won't be ordering more as they only come in 2-3 packs with one hub which is a waste of money as my plan is to reduce the number of hubs not increase. for your information. my Sengled A19 soft white bulbs work great in ceiling fans, just to clarify. Now there are up to 14 of them, and they work great with Alexa, both in a group and individually. Full disclosure, I paid for my product in full. I wasn't given anything for free, but wanted to say that the price doesn't negate the company's commitment to customer service.
