Impossible to describe the joy and happiness it brought to the recipient and ALL the family this Christmas. It was perfect! Not sure about durability, we plan to handle it with care. **I recommend that you make sure the bunny's ears are fully tucked in when you close the lid, otherwise it may be tucked in/spring loaded. A very young child may need help. It's not easy to get it back. But that doesn't mean it's bad. The spring has EXACTLY enough force to "pop open" properly.* Another tip: once retracted, the handle may need to be turned a little more to allow the song to "reach" the "end" before the lid closes properly/easily snaps. >>The video review showed the song wasn't playing properly - this guy had a faulty set or he was an idiot (or rigged it up to do it on purpose - we actually tried to make it sound like this for fun, and almost got it done with a jerky turn of the crank and shutting off the governor) I would completely ignore this review. Do yourself a favor and order it. Ours will most likely become a family heirloom, passed down from generation to generation.
