Review on 💾 Zheino M3 128GB Mini SATA SSD Drive - Internal Solid State Drive with 3D NAND Flash for Mini PCs, Notebooks, and Tablets by Matt Conner

I bought this to use as log storage to create a PiHole instance as other SSDs seemed overkill. I was a bit hesitant to buy this type of stuff due to the amount of misrepresented gear coming from China. I'm happy to report that while it's not the fastest SSD, it seems to meet the advertised performance specs. It's advertised as a 128GB drive and is formatted (exfat) to the expected 122GB. Various tests (see attached photos) confirmed the declared properties. H2testw wrote every sector with no errors, and the ATTO tests showed the expected performance. It was a bit slower than I was hoping for, nowhere near the maximum performance of SATA 6, but this varies widely based on computer hardware. In my case, I connected it to a Zhenio case, which has a USB 3.0 controller and a USB 3.1 port on an ASUS X570-P motherboard, both of which can affect transfer speeds. Haven't stress tested it yet, so let's see what long-term durability looks like. In general, at first glance, this is good value for money. I would buy them again.
