When I first opened this laptop stand I didn't think it would work well at all. However after using it last week it has been sitting on my desk all the time and it is helping me with my neck pain. Now I rely on this laptop stand instead of my laptop standing upright as usual. The twin sticks that erect the stand never fell out of their allotted slot, which is pretty nice too.
