I bought these for the side panels of my 2010 Silverado. The mounting tape on the back is no worse than the factory one. The letter spacing will not look like the factory spacing on your truck. I used a piece of masking tape to mark the factory letters before applying. If that's how you want to wear it, it looks good too. My truck is silver and the black letters on it really stand out and look great, way better than the factory letters. The letters look exactly like the OEM/Factory letters, unlike the letters sold on other types of sites that have the word "Fach" written on them. I recommend the fit and finish of these letters.
