Review on MEANLIN MEASURE 0 100Psi Pressure Gauge,High Precision by Bob Vulpes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very accurate and handy features - my new favorite tire pressure gauge

long style) ** Good: - Gauge seems very accurate - I compared it to a few other gauges and found that it consistently measures pressure within 1psi, place the brass end securely over the tire valve and depressurize the valve You don't need to pay attention while the end is pressed against the tire valve to itch after first opening, but eventually it will close The cover fits, but barely - if you don't store this cover the light when not in use will shine on the dark surface of the sensor will not light up when you need it. A bright light should be shined on it before about 30 seconds to charge the glowing tags. (once charged it glows very brightly) - more than many other tire pressure sensors. Bottom line: After years of using mostly cheap digital sensors, I figured it was time to go analog with something that could provide more accurate readings. I was very impressed with both the ease of use of this sensor and the accuracy. Even after repeated measurements of the same tire, this sensor always shows the same value. It holds the reading until I pull the trigger, so the reading is unlikely to disappear (like many digital gauges) or hit the "rod" that pops out of the old mechanical gauges. I would have preferred the option without a hose to make it a bit more compact. But both versions seem like a steal at just $16 (or $13 for the tubeless version), and I'd definitely recommend them. I was going to downgrade my rating to 4 stars because of the cheap case but figured it would be 5 stars if it didn't have a case at all, so why downgrade for the cheap free case? So 5 stars for that!
