It's easy enough so I could figure out how it works without having any tech support! The customer service from this software was amazing- they were always available when we had questions or issues with our account even after hours (or all day) because of holidays/vacations etc). There isn't really anything about atlas chiro i dislike as far what functionality goes but if there has been something added since its release then great!! We have found benefits in being able track patient visits by time spent seeing them vs just adding up minutes billed which doesn’t give us an accurate picture regarding where patients spend their most amount money visiting over x month period(s),etc.). I love how easy it was when we first started using this software! It's so simple but yet very effective at keeping track of patient information right in front us as well as all our financials within one place which makes life easier than ever before!! There isn't anything bad about Atlas by far. We have been able to keep up with everything from appointment reminders/scheduling through insurance claims processing without any problems whatsoever. !
