Review on 🚿 Speakman Caspian Anystream 2-Way Shower Combination, Polished Chrome - 2.5 GPM by Linda Wiley

I was very happy with this shower head. I received it yesterday and love the look out of the box. When you open it, be careful not to miss the SMALL purse with the white tape inside. It's the size of the tip of my little finger. The handle is plastic like my old irrigator so it doesn't really bother me. The hose has a very nice appearance. The first thing I did was remove the flow restrictor after figuring out what the part was! I've called Speakman but they "can't tell me how to remove this". I asked if they could tell me what it looks like. nope I found out myself. There's a screen that isn't, another all-white piece that looked like it might be but wasn't, and then the piece itself, which is white with a little black ring. BINGO! I just reached out with my needle nose pliers and easily removed it. I've added a picture showing a part and a small pack of tape. Installation was very easy, the hardest part was removing my old mount. It only took a few minutes and no leaks! Make sure you take the time to wrap tape around each of the strands before twisting the pieces together and you should be good to go! It also took me a second to lube the ball joint a bit to make it easier to adjust as it was pretty stiff out of the box. Now to try! This shows that there are 3 settings and technically I think there are, but I would call it 2. There are no "stops" in the settings and the "combination" really looks like you hit it accidentally when switching from Intense to Massage. Intensive mode is just a normal shower. The current wasn't bad, but not enough to make them slap like prickly needles. I hoped but didn't expect such pressure. The massage was good too, really good but didn't blow my mind like the fire hose I sometimes encounter in hotels. Sigh. Overall this is a very good showerhead for the money and I am happy with my purchase.
