I bought this camera to document driving. Received the camera quickly but had to wait a few weeks for it to be professionally installed. After installation I put in a high speed 128GB Micro SD card which I already had. I noticed that the recording light does not light up. I contacted the manufacturer who told me a few days later that I had to format the card in the camera. After several attempts to format the card in the camera it kept saying formatting failed, I contacted the seller again and a few days later I was told to update the camera firmware. I did this and the camera still didn't work. I contacted the seller again and he said to use one of his SD cards. I ordered a 256GB card and when it arrived the camera was still not working. I contacted the seller again and this time they said I had to send them a video showing what I was doing so their "engineering department" could check it out. A few days later they said I had to format the card using my computer, not the camera. I did that and put the SD back in the camera and it still didn't work. Contacted the seller again and asked him to phone me back. A few days later I received a call from a woman claiming to be in Canada saying the problem had escalated. She had no idea what had happened before and told me that I might need to format the SD card. By this time the window for returning the camera to Revain had closed. So now I have two plugs hanging near the rearview mirror and another one is audible above the tailgate and a piece of junk that doesn't work. The promotional literature states that the camera comes with an 18-month warranty and 24-hour email support. Do not you believe!
