The ability to create an entire supply chain from raw materials all way through finished goods in one place, with no manual intervention required at any stage of production or shipment! It was very easy creating new suppliers/customers as well has having complete visibility into each supplier's stock levels & movements within their warehouse via our mobile app - which also gives us real time updates when items are being received / stocked inside that particular warehouses' storage location (or not!). Their customer support team were always helpful whenever we had issues during set up etc., they helped sort out anything queries regarding functionality. We can easily see what inventory holds have been created by customers across multiple countries simultaneously now without manually entering them every single week like before using Excel spreadsheets!!
