First of all, I would like to thank the customer service team that I contacted for their outstanding effort in trying to dispute my case. The product itself was a big disappointment. This was the most difficult shower head installation and I'm by no means a beginner. Firstly the product came with a 2 way switch which was plumbing friendly but reduced the flow so much that the product description sounded like a joke (see video with 2 way and low pressure) not to mention that I got stuck with only 2 positions: both upper and manual or only upper, which I didn't order. I soon contacted the support team who found me a 3-channel switcher compatible with their system for free. When I got the 3-way indent I installed it just to make sure it fit as expected: the top head wobbled as it barely touched it! On the other hand, the pressure in the handheld reaches an impressive rate, but not much at the top. To the best of my knowledge I took everything apart to see what went wrong and saw that the 3-way diverter's mating flange was actually too narrow to hold the gasket in place and the gasket penetrated the pipework went. The length of the 3-way faucet connection to the water line was also too short making it difficult to properly connect to the water supply without leaks which was a real problem. The extension is so poorly designed that it overly restricts flow due to the Phillips screws on each elbow. Now you can get good water pressure with this extension, but the extension is very strong. Overall the idea behind this product is great for tall people like me, but the lack of pressure on the top is really unimpressive, not to mention the unreliable rotary dial adjustment. I would prefer a better product. Updated August 1, 2020. Customer service sent me a new kit with a 3-way switch that doesn't rotate this time. At the same time I changed the shower head as the threads didn't seem to match the diverter causing some leaks and now there are no more leaks. I increased my rating by 1 star as I really like the high pressure of the handheld shower, but I'm still not satisfied with the lack of pressure on the rain shower head, it's like soft rain, no pressure despite the description statement. The attached video was taken before I changed the shower head, there was no more leak but the water flow stayed the same.
