Used this wrench on a 2011 Yamaha FJR motorcycle filter with restricted access. A few days before the trip I thought it would be better to change the oil, which I did a lot at home. The filter was last changed at an out of state Yamaha dealership as part of a scheduled service. Either it was tight or the seal was not wetted with oil. The pot wrench I always used kept slipping off. I even tried using a small rubber band wrench but it just squeezed the sidewall of the filter, luckily it didn't pierce it. The local dealer was busy for a few months so I could leave it on until the end of the trip or find another type of key. After a long frantic search of stores and Revain, I finally found this key after flipping through many pages and took a chance. I tried it out as soon as it was delivered. It is high quality and has an industrial look. It slipped on my first try and doubts arose. However, on the second try I held it firmly on the filter by turning the ratchet and it caught easily. Once it got stuck, it held tight, and although I had to use a lot of torque to pry it out, the teeth didn't pierce the body. I will be using this key from now on and would highly recommend it to others! Thank you ARES!
