The product was not safe. The ropes are stiff to adjust the swing height and keep the front and back flush with each other or the left and right sides flush with each other. I thought the front and back were level when I adjusted the rope to the height of the swing. However, the front end was a little low which caused the swing to be flipped upside down while my 3 year old was in it. Cheaply made, not worth the money. I do not recommend this product to any child.
