I am responsible for keeping several cars running at my house which is better than going to a shop or parts store to scan your car . Registering the device in the app was easy and took 5 minutes. I then uploaded firmware for all brands to the app. It took maybe 10 minutes but I was able to continue with what I needed once it was done and the rest continued downloading on its own. Plug the receiver into your vehicle's OBDII port and use a flashlight if necessary to find out where to plug it in. Switch the car to full accessories and select the brand and it was able to auto detect the car and I disabled scanning. It found historical, pending and current codes which I was able to find by doing a code search on google. This allows you to export the report as a PDF. It allows you to clear codes and activate controls linked to the control module, such as: B. Your locks or fan motors. I am very satisfied with the range of functions and the regular updates that are downloaded. Great value for money. Definitely happy with my purchase.
