. I was really addicted to another brand of thermal protection and tried this on a whim on the recommendation of a friend who went to beauty school, I really like it and will never do it again. I will try another brand. I've had the same bottle for several months as you don't need much at all to use it. LITERALLY THE BOTTLE GOES ON! (I've been using it 4-5 times a week for the past 4 months and have used about 1/3 of a bottle) Tips/Tricks: (I have oily hair) 1. I only spray half the dose on each side of my head after I comb my hair towel dry, then comb my hair (it helps detangle it too!) and then dry it with a hair dryer. Do not spray/overuse the product. I REPEAT, DO NOT OVERUSE/SPRAY! This makes your hair greasy. Do not spray near the roots of the hair, spray on the tips and then comb the hair to avoid greasy roots.
