Awesome little VR companion

If you've ever wanted to get a feel for what VR is, this is a great place to start. Of course you need a Samsung Galaxy phone, but it's still a step in the right direction. Let me cover a few things: Headset The headset itself is quite complex to get up and running the first time. The straps may not fit your head very well, but they are easy to adjust. Attention long hair! Even with the optional controller mount, the headset can feel a bit crooked. So I would recommend binding the pages first. It can take a while to get the lens set right, but the range is good and high if you're nearsighted or farsighted, which is a real plus. You can also set the internal resolution to 2K, giving you much better fidelity with certain videos and games. Although the battery can consume much more. Controller The controller is pretty basic but very functional for simple games. Tracking is primarily based on the internal Griot method, which provides accurate orientation but does not track distance. This will be a change from those playing in normal VR settings. The buttons are easy to remember but difficult to map during gameplay. Over time, if you feel it, it will go away. as well as any additional Android apps that support it. This is a pretty big bonus for this system in comparison. Smash Hit is an absolute must for mobile VR as it is a great introductory game for the system. (Like Superhot VR vs Desktop VR for example) Comes with some free stuff but mostly videos. Miscellaneous This thing's battery is dead! Luckily, you can connect it to external power with a USB-C cable. I think this is the best way to enjoy the game for more than forty minutes. The internal connector can be changed from USB-B to USB-C, which is a nice plus, allowing you to use multiple Samsung models. Depth as in desktop VR, it will likely give you a VR experience and you might want enough to try it out and do the real deal. Undoubtedly the best part is that you can watch 360 degree videos where the coverage of many events gives you a whole new perspective on the story. It's just as humiliating. Guess I can't complain. The box did it.
