I purchased virtually at the seller's maximum asking price (smart_toys), with the expectation of receiving a brand new phone in its original packaging. Because I had a wife, I was unable to personally accept the delivery. As a consequence of this, I was signed into the phone using a Japanese account, and judging by the history of the browser they used, the battery was dead, and there were a couple of little scratches on the back cover (which were not evident in the photo owing to the gloss on the surface). In general, I'm frustrated since you can't prove anything anymore, despite the fact that I understand that I share some of the guilt for the situation with myself. Unfortunately, dishonest vendors will always be present at the market.
