I bought this because the Bluetooth in my laptop was broken. I didn't want anything expensive, just something to plug in my new bluetooth headphones that I got. I installed the setup file from the CD and started the meeting immediately. The sound was terrible which I attributed to other users but then I went to listen to music and it was just as terrible. I complained to my IT person who found out that the drivers are from the 2012 CD. We went to the site, downloaded the .zip file, installed it and it sounded fantastic straight away. Much, much better. If you want to give this product a bad review because of poor sound quality, first update your drivers and see if that fixes the problem. Then use this disc as a coaster or sun trap. Definitely a good buy and I'm glad I can now use my bluetooth headphones with my laptop.
