The most useful thing is that it helps to make sure of what you are doing right or wrong, so that you can improve your performance at work. It's very helpful when there is an issue with any process which needs to be improved upon. I think this tool could be more user friendly. But if you have used other tools like PSA, then you will get familiarized quickly. So far nothing has been found negative about smart planning execution system. This software makes my life easier by providing me all the information i need regarding production plans and resources required for each operation.
