Smart Planning Execution System - All in one operations management platform .

The most useful thing is that it helps to make sure of what you are doing right or wrong, so that you can improve your performance at work. It's very helpful when there is an issue with any process which needs to be improved upon. I think this tool could be more user friendly. But if you have used other tools like PSA, then you will get familiarized quickly. So far nothing has been found negative about smart planning execution system. Great for tracking manufacturing process flow

The best feature is that you can track your process flow within specific time frame for each department, as well as compare different departments to see where there's room for improvement. I wish it could be easier to navigate through certain processes which are not immediately obvious while using this software during an actual situation scenario (i.e. when you actually have production going).
