The best feature is that you can track your process flow within specific time frame for each department, as well as compare different departments to see where there's room for improvement. I wish it could be easier to navigate through certain processes which are not immediately obvious while using this software during an actual situation scenario (i.e. when you actually have production going). It helps by being able to predict what will happen if something goes wrong at any point along our supply chain or manufacturing line without having to rely solely upon anecdotal evidence from workers who may no longer even work with us due to recent layoffs.
