Not recommended. Thermal Tape does not conduct heat and is more like industrial glue.
Bought to try and fix my 3090 overheating problem. When I tried to move the heatsinks they wouldn't budge, almost stuck to the back panel! I would recommend removing the tape and using your own thermal pads and/or thermal paste. Bad experience!
