The customer service team was very helpful with my questions throughout this process! They were able to answer all our technical concerns as well help us through some legal issues that we had when getting started using their software for fleet management purposes (we are currently only tracking drivers). I think they could improve by adding more features such as GPS mapping capabilities or integration into other third party systems like Google Maps/GPS devices etc but overall it's been great so far!! We have not found anything negative about AP yet - everything has gone smoothly thusfar. Tracking mileage logs & driver hours worked daily from anywhere via mobile device- easy access anytime /anywhere!
