I, thinking that xiaomi is a serious company and the guarantee for the vacuum cleaner is indicated at 1 year - they will simply replace the failed battery (the error problem is the battery), but technical support answered me that the battery has a 6-month warranty and offered me, attention - BUY A NEW BATTERY FOR 6990r. In general, they said the service life of this vacuum cleaner is two years. A dyson was bought from my friends for the same money - it has been working like a clock for 6 years, other Samsungs also have no such problems. I thought about the quality of products and the quality of service of this company, given that xiaomi has other devices that are used in the cold and also have batteries. For obvious reasons, I no longer consider the products of this company for myself and I will not advise anyone.
