bad instructions. The manual is printed so small that I didn't have enough reading glasses with me. I had to enlarge it 190% on my printer so I could read it. I found it much harder to set addresses than on my previous Garmin and Tom Tom. I still haven't figured out where to list the names of my favorites. The instructions in the manual are not convincing. The big screen is good, but the volume could be louder. I understood the assembly details by looking at the model on my computer screen. Maybe over time I'll figure out all the details but now I should have spent more and bought a new tom tom or Garmin.
