It's very fast! The interface itself could be better designed but it doesn't take long at all when you're already in love by its speediness (and I'm really impressed that they have such an excellent service). They are always there whenever we need them - great customer support team as well who respond quickly even during off hours/holidays etc., so no complaints here either :D Other than some minor bugs which should hopefully soon fix themselves since this has been around almost 2 years now without any major issues from my side yet :) Great price point too; definitely recommend if looking into webhosts like these guys offer cheap prices while still providing good quality servers + friendly staff = winwin situation!! Have not had much traffic myself other then personal blog sites / forums though ;-) I have been working in Domain and Hosting for last 4 years and so far I have not faced any issues. Great customer support and they are always there to help you out. Very simple and easy to use interface. Nothing much to say about it. If you are new to this then I would suggest you to go through tutorials and also try demo accounts before making final decision. Easy to use and user friendly. Also very good customer service.
