I like that it helps you set up your environment easily for both bots as well as other applications (SQLServer). The UI/UX could be optimized slightly but overall this has been great so far! There are some things we were trying out where there was no way of solving our problems because not enough options exist within their solution space - hence why they needed us onboarding them after such short notice :D We used chatbot functionality primarily during initial engagements / sales process along with scheduling meetings etc through slack integrations and Microsoft Teams integration.
