Size XL goes well with my Belgian project 17.3. The fabric is like a soft jacket. Fleece inside and smooth outside. Not the most breathable but keeps you warm which is great for riding in cold winters. I hang it inside out to dry, it absorbs some sweat. I didn't hold my breath at the quality given the price but was pleasantly surprised and impressed when it arrived. The color and border are great, got a lot of compliments! Would buy again.
