You see 4.5 stars and think "Must be good?" Wrong. Great mount with maximum articulation, so it had to be the perfect mount. There is only one BIG thing. Missing hardware knob to control tilt! If you want your TV to tilt all the way down, this mount might be for you. No hardware handle is required as the weight of your TV slows down gravity to do the job you want it to do. However, if you are like me and need that integral part, there is nothing for you to do, my friend. I ended up at a hardware store trying to do this for myself. Other reasons for 1 star are not having the right hardware for my Samsung 60" (I had to cut out 4 spacers to make it work) and endless emails asking me to review the product. These guys goes beyond the standard 2 or 3 emails asking for feedback well here we go seller I was perfectly happy with my disappointment but your continuous emails finally got me to write your review enjoy !
