Some of the wing nuts and screws are rusty. I used pliers to screw some loose screws into the wooden bars. One of the flat round perches had (looks like) mold on the bark of the tree. I just removed the "moldy tree bark" and installed the perch anyway. The overall installation is simple, easy enough for budgies. I suspect the kit that was sent to me was just very old stock. I give him 3 stars. The quality could probably be a lot better with their new stock.
