under one year old. The plastic of the monitor stand broke and the monitor fell off the stand while on vacation. came home with a broken stand and a broken screen. Obviously the stand is broken but stupid Samsung won't replace or fix it as they hide behind BS policy that "screen damage is not their problem". But the only reason the screen broke was because the stand's plastic had failed in the first place. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID. THIS IS POOR DESIGN AND CAN BREAK AT ANY TIME, FALL ON MY CHILD OR PET AND HURT THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE TOO AND THEY WON'T FIX IT.
