Review on Fiskars 183720-1002 Fashion Cutting Mat, 24x36-Inch - Vibrant Color Variation by Gelin Battle

PROS: Ideal for a range of projects from cutting paper to measuring thread for jewelry and of course sewing. Sturdy and withstood a lot of abuse. Can be rolled up or laid flat, the shape will return to normal after a while. The cuts never reach the underlying surface. CONS: Not the best option. When cutting the fabric, pieces of fabric got stuck in a small cutting line. Colored fabrics easily get dirty. Cuts can easily be made into the material and will not "seal" like more expensive brands. Overall this is a good product for the price and it holds up well. It's annoying to have to rip out tiny scraps of fabric after cutting out the pattern, but other than that I'm happy with the purchase.
