We've been using Listerine and similar mouthwashes for years and have loved trying it. The mix of oil ingredients and the oily mouthfeel is something my wife and I were not prepared for and, in our opinion, not refreshing enough to recommend. As an experiment, you can try it, but we refuse. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Good ingredients (oil blend) - Nice ginger flavor - Ayurvedic - Said to whiten teeth and keep gums healthy - Alcohol free, BPA and chemical free - Vegan and not tested on animals if that's important to you Cons : - Discomfort in the mouth. The oil in my mouth to be rinsed is not satisfying at all - I don't feel fresh after rinsing. And I had to rinse with hearing again after using. We probably couldn't get used to it.
